I received an order. What’s the next step?

When you receive a new order 📥, you will get an email and a phone notification through the app. If you are able to need the customer’s needs, go ahead and click the accept button.

Once you have accepted the rental order, or if you need to ask questions ❓or arrange different delivery/pick-up times, click the button to contact the customer.

Introduce yourself if you haven’t already done so and confirm ✅ the delivery or pick-up location any time.

It is a good idea to discuss any special information now. We recommend contacting the customer again a day before their booking begins to re-confirm the delivery or pick-up times and details.

On the day of the booking, in the rental order, click the button “delivering” 🚚 to automatically send an app notification and email to the customer.
