You can delete your Babonbo account yourself, on the website or in the Babonbo app:

Sign in at www.babonbo.com, or open the Babonbo app and sign in.

Open your Profile from the menu.

Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed straight away: you can no longer sign in, you are signed out on every device and we stop sending you notifications.
If you can’t sign in, email us at info@babonbo.com or use any of the channels in “How to Contact Babonbo’s Customer Support?” (please link that article), and we will close the account for you.
What happens to your data
When your account is closed, we keep your profile details (name, email address, phone number), your rentals, your payment records and the devices you used the app on. As a UK company, Babonbo Ltd must keep records of transactions for 6 years.
You can ask us to erase your personal data at any time: email info@babonbo.com from the address on your account. We will erase it within 30 days, except the records the law requires us to keep, which we delete when that period ends.
