You are charged once the Provider has accepted your rental order. When you make your booking, we place a hold on your account for the order value, but no money is removed from your account.
Once your order is accepted, your card is charged. The hold will automatically be released to your account if your order is rejected. Please note that banks vary in time periods to make funds available again.
